Evoq Consulting is a technology strategy and architecture firm founded by two engineers who spent over a decade building, running, and modernizing enterprise infrastructure from the inside. We started EvoQ because we kept seeing the same pattern: businesses investing heavily in technology while getting very little strategic return.
We sit on your side of the table, not the vendor's. Every engagement is led by the people who do the work, with no hand-offs to junior staff after the sale. We have no vendor ties or reseller agreements. Our recommendations are driven entirely by what is right for your business.

This phase includes our Transformation Readiness Gate, a structured assessment of whether the organization has the alignment, capacity, and foundations to absorb change. If readiness is not there, we pause and address it.
