Our Story
We started EvoQ because we kept seeing the same pattern: businesses investing heavily in technology while getting very little strategic return. Systems that didn't talk to each other. Data that sat in silos. New tools layered on top of old ones without a coherent plan.
The root cause was seldom a lack of technology. It was a lack of architecture — a coherent strategy that connects business goals to the systems that serve them.
We built EvoQ to fix that. A firm designed from the start to serve growing businesses navigating digital transformation — in AI, data, infrastructure, and the systems that connect them.

The Team Behind EvoQ
Sooraj G Nair
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Sooraj is a senior technology operations leader with 12+ years of experience across enterprise infrastructure, platform strategy, and AI operations. Most recently as Director of Network Planning and Implementation for the Government of British Columbia, he led enterprise modernization supporting 40,000+ users across 900+ sites, directed the province-wide SD-WAN migration (900+ sites in two years), and deployed MCP-integrated LLM agents for proactive infrastructure monitoring. He managed a $33M budget and advised senior executives on technology investment strategy. Previously, he managed BC's wildfire and emergency communications infrastructure, earning the Premier's Above and Beyond Award during the 2017 Cariboo wildfire emergency. He began his career at Infosys and led multi-system integration projects in Dubai. During his MBA, Sooraj led consulting projects adopted for implementation by the District of Sooke, and placed 2nd in both the Aritzia sustainable supply chain and RBC/Gustavson JUST Transition investment strategy competitions.

Sreejith Munthikodu
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Sreejith is a data engineer and applied AI practitioner whose career spans mechanical engineering, data science, and full-stack data platform development. He began in the oil and gas sector as a mechanical engineer before transitioning into data science and engineering, driven by a deep interest in how data systems create operational intelligence. He brings hands-on expertise across the modern data stack — Python, SQL, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) — with experience designing data pipelines, building analytical platforms, and operationalizing AI/ML systems. His engineering background gives him a systems-level understanding of how data infrastructure connects to real-world operations.
